Terms of Use
OpenHeartMatch is a nonprofit, accessibility-first dating platform operated by Education On The Go Corp, a registered 501(c)(3) organization. These terms and conditions govern your use of the website, mobile interface, and all related services. By creating an account or browsing the platform, you accept these terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use OpenHeartMatch. If you are a caregiver or support person helping an adult with a disability create a profile, the account holder remains responsible for all activity on the account.
2. Account Accuracy
You agree to provide truthful information when registering - including your name, age, and disability status if you choose to share it. Creating a profile with false, misleading, or stolen information is grounds for immediate removal. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use OpenHeartMatch only for personal, non-commercial dating purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute profile data, send unsolicited mass messages, or use the platform for market research, advertising, or any purpose other than genuine relationship-building.
4. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your information.

OpenHeartMatch exists to serve people with disabilities and those who love them. These guidelines define what a respectful, safe community looks like in practice.

- Reporting profiles or messages that make you feel unsafe or fetishized.
- Treating every member's body, identity, and lived experience with dignity.
What Is Prohibited
- Fetishizing language that reduces a person to their disability or body.
- Ableist slurs, harassment, bullying, or mocking another member's condition.
- Sending unsolicited sexual content or pressuring members for intimate photos.
- Impersonating another person or using someone else's photos without consent.
- Soliciting money, gifts, or financial information from other members.
Anti-Exploitation Policy
Zero Tolerance for Fetishization and Exploitation
People with disabilities are disproportionately targeted for fetishization, financial exploitation, and emotional manipulation. OpenHeartMatch was built specifically to counter this pattern. Any account found to be using the platform to fetishize, exploit, or prey on members with disabilities will be permanently banned without warning. This policy is non-negotiable and enforced by our human moderation team.
Exploitation includes but is not limited to: collecting disability profiles for external content, pressuring members into roles they did not consent to, using the platform to recruit for paid services, or leveraging a member's vulnerability for any form of gain. If you encounter behavior that violates this policy, report it immediately using the in-platform report tool or by contacting our moderation team. Every report is reviewed by a human - never by an automated filter that might dismiss your concern.

Platform Content
The OpenHeartMatch name, logo, interface design, Vibes matching system, Spark currency concept, and all original content published on this website are the intellectual property of Education On The Go Corp. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without written permission.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and information you upload to your profile. By posting content on OpenHeartMatch, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You may remove your content at any time by deleting your profile.
Third-Party Content
Any third-party links, resources, or references provided on the platform are for informational purposes only. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Our goal is fairness and transparency - not silent enforcement.
- Grounds for termination. Accounts may be terminated for violating community guidelines, the anti-exploitation policy, or these terms. Serious violations - such as predatory behavior or impersonation - result in immediate permanent bans.
- Notification. When possible, we will notify you of the reason for suspension or termination. In cases involving imminent harm to other members, we may act first and notify after.
- Appeal process. If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting our moderation team. A human reviewer - not an automated system - will examine your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Data after termination. Upon account deletion, your profile data is removed from public view. Residual data retained for safety or legal obligations is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
